Hongsui joined ID Architects in 2014 as a Senior Architect and appointed as Director in Technology in 2017. Lin Hongsui graduated from the University of Tasmania, Australia with a Bachelor in Architecture (honours) in 2003 and has since had a wide range of work experience Singapore and in Australia. His experience in Singapore range from large scale institutional, industrial, planning projects to modest scale residential works that require attention to details. His experience in Australia includes several mixed-use developments, multi-unit townhouse developments and numerous single-owner residential works. His strength is in his flexibility of scale, managing a wide repertoire of building typologies and the ability to conceptualise ideas and attend to fine details. Hongsui is responsible and well-versed in building codes and practices.
